El Rancho de las Golondrinas Lecture Series presents Medicine and Miracles: Crossing the Cultural Divide

 El Rancho de las Golondrinas, New Mexico’s premier Living History Museum, kicks off its 50th anniversary season with three lectures over the winter months. The series, voted the Best Lecture Series 2021 in the Santa Fe Reporter, features a diverse range of topics and guest speakers.

On February 22, Dr. Erica Elliott presents Medicine and Miracles: Crossing the Cultural Divide. Dr. Elliott will share her experiences living on a Navajo reservation as both a teacher and doctor.  Her story reveals how diversity, inclusiveness and tolerance are needed; and will not only help us overcome historical divides, but enrich our own society as a whole.

Location: New Mexico Museum of Art, 107 West Palace Avenue

Cost: Tickets are $10; free admission for Las Golondrinas and Museum of New Mexico Foundation members with ID. All attendees will need to show proof of COVID vaccine at the door.
