Housed in a saloon built in the 1880s in the old mining town of Cerrillos, The Black Bird serves up local craft ale on tap and mighty good grub, like the Black Jack Ketchum burger spiked with gun-powder rub. Cozy up to the wood stove in winter or take a summertime seat on the patio.
