Amigos Earth Day Celebration

Amigos Earth Day Celebration
The Amigos de Cerrillos Hills State Park is hosting Earth Day at the park Visitor Center. Come join the Amigos, park staff, and local community members as we gather to commemorate Earth Day and get the visitor center grounds groomed up for the annual Pack Burro race and Art in the Park.

Help prepare flowerbeds, plant new seeds and starters, spread woodchips, chalk a sidewalk mural, and learn how to identify different insects using online tools! Bring your garden tools and sunhat.

Kick back in your outside activity area, with a fire ring, dining table and food safe, to keep the critters away. Vault toilets and water are just a short walk away.
