Betty serves up some twang-edelic, foot-stompin, banjitar-driven arrangements that explore spaghetti westerns, experimental folk, surf & roots rock. This is a music experience you will not want to miss! Oh, and bring your appetite! With Menu favorites like the Black Jack Ketchum Burger with Gun-Powder Chile Rub, The Ortiz Sandwich, El Chivato Angus Burger with NM Beef and Gree Chile, the Crow Jane dish with Sweet-Tangy Flat Iron Steak or Achiote Marinated Pork, Sliced Over Green Salad, you'll be enchanted!
