As the autumn breeze sweeps through the historic ranch grounds, join in the celebration of the bountiful harvest season. The Santa Fe Harvest Festival, held for over five decades, remains El Rancho de Las Golondrinas’ most popular events.
Learn the time-honored tradition of crafting vibrant red chile ristras, or wander through the pumpkin patch to pick the perfect pumpkin for your fall decor and activities. Stomp grapes at the old winery, and explore corn husks arts with hands-on demonstrations. Browse through local artisans and crafts, surrounded by the colorful foliage of cottonwoods and historic buildings, where docents steeped in historical knowledge will guide you through hundreds of years of New Mexico’s history. Don’t forget the traditional hayride for the kids, either.
Live music acts blend the modern and the historical. Sample regional beers and wines, and browse multiple food options either at food trucks and tents, or at the Golondrinas Café.
